Melissa Fagan, owner, has over 14 years of experience in the title industry. She can balance a settlement statement faster than a speeding bullet (ok we might be exaggerating just a little) and she will use her super powers to ensure your closing gets scheduled. She prides herself on her work and goes above and beyond for her customers. Melissa has a son who occupies most of her free time. She also enjoys watching a good movie, Bravo TV, or a great sunset at the beach.

Korinne Lassiter, Esq, owner, works hard to solve any title problems that may come up in a title examination. She is never too busy to discuss a title problem with a client in a clear and efficient manner. She is a graduate of Georgia State University's College of Law. She graduated with honors and with Awards for Excellence in Wills, Trusts, and Estates and Tort Law. She is a member of the Alabama Bar Association. Korinne spends her free time backpacking, reading, dancing, cooking and babysitting her adorable nieces and nephews.
